What sparked your passion for family planning?

During my training at Health units there were many teenagers with unsafe abortion as they either don’t know about FP methods, user failure or didn’t take health message by a service provider so I started an initiative inside the unit to educate those young women about family planning, methods etc… & then transferred this initiative to bigger projects and educational materials to spread awareness in larger communities to end stigma against Usage of FP or unwanted abortion as a FP method.

Give one or two examples of how you display leadership in your family planning work.:

1.creation a youth network all over Egypt spreading awareness about FP/Methods working on SRHR.
2.Training 100 new trainers on SRH.
3. Organizing 16 events about SRH , FP and Positive Manhood against GBV in 4 different communities reaching 2000 beneficiary .
4.Participating as one of stakeholder at UNFPA special meeting,Alex.2018
5.Youth representative at Minister of Health meeting with Civil society &UN agencies leaders 2019.
6.ability to make a change in rural communities using games.
