Describe your contributions to and achievements in family planning.

My Contribution is to ensure that couple are committed and considered in Investing in family planning, in that way, economic will benefits and help family planning to be one of the key factors contributing to economic development, and child/birth spacing, lower infant mortality risk, and will reduce the number of abortion. Family planning is one of the 10 great public health achievements and it has improved health outcomes for infants, children, women death rate. The negative outcomes associated with unintended pregnancy has been addressed by health counseling.

What sparked your passion for family planning?

My passionate for family planning is that, young people receive training, like seminar teachings and carried out campaign on family planning and also engaged with various NGO will implement project on Health Advocacy and involving team spirit will be a great achievement, in committed time and efforts in succeeding in the nearest furture.

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced in your family planning efforts, and what have you done to overcome it?

FEAR of expression was challenge because most women in Nigeria are very good in having many children like 8-12 children some want more children, becausse of the gender and I overcome by strengthen my faith to approach some family with bad influence attitude toward family planning, and we invited them with a flyer, by carrying a free seminar for all farmers, in the rural area. A Health talk on family planning was conducted, and young people are education, training's on family planning workshops.

What is your (country/region/city)’s biggest challenge in family planning, and how can it be addressed
In Nigeria, the greatest challenge are the way some tribe gave birth in family, they see giving birth to a child, as a competition in their home, where by 8-12 children to their husband, to enable their husband not to marry a new wife as an present excuse, this has become a challenge in Nigeria because some tribe and culture say so. Literature review and addressed the role of mass media.

What do you want to accomplish in the next 5 years?

In the Next Five (5) Year, family planning will be the key factors contributing to economic development, and many family and couples will have birth spacing. Women will be giving birth to 2 kids and their kids will be the best in education in their lifetime and abortion of children and unwanted pregnant will stop because of the awareness. All children will be a graduate and nor will be a school dropout. The report of death rate will be depreciate.
