Describe your contributions to and achievements in family planning.

Last year I was able to reach out to more than 300young girls and Young Mothers where I share my life story and point out of the need to use long term contraceptive for the Young ladies who are sexual active to enable them to plan on when to have a baby

What sparked your passion for family planning?

Getting pregnant at 19 where I stand in the data of in every 5 girl 1 of the age of 15_19 is either pregnant or already has a kid.
I decided to be the change I want to see

Give one or two examples of how you display leadership in your family planning work.:

A young school girl came in at the facility where I work as community health volunteer as the Young person we offer youth friendly services.

Having one on one with Young Mothers from the slums and using myself as an example "we didn't plan for our first baby but we can definitely plan for our second child".

If you are named a winner of 120 under 40, how will you use this new platform and the $1000 grant to advance your work? :

It will enable us to reach out to more Young Mothers from the street family and the disable from the informal settlement.
